In 2007 3.958 condos sold with a medium price of $390k. The year to
year change was -6.9%. Some of the regions that faired the best were
Allied Gardens and Del Cerro 3.3% change, Serra Mesa at 1.4%, and La
Jolla at 0.4%.

New Home Sales

In 2007 2,728 homes sold with a medium price of $375.5k. The Year
to year change was 3.2%. Some of the regions that faired the best were
